  Compensation is great but with current management, that’s the only way they keep people. The employees expressed absolutely no loyalty to the company. Management had unrealistic expectations and only liked you if you “sat at their lunch table.” I was beyond excited to learn that I had been given at opportunity for employment and I absolutely loved the work that I did. But management made it a nightmare from the beginning.
